I found this recipe online and we've decided we really like these little personal pizzas.
Plus, I can have what I like, and Chad can have his pepperoni!
What to get:
Pillsbury crescent rolls (one pack makes 4 pizzas)
Pizza sauce
Cheese - cheddar and mozzarella - shredded
Whatever topping you like.
What to do:
Preheat your oven to 375 F
Separate the crescents into four rectangles.
Press the serrated edges together. (you'll know what I mean)
Add 1-2 tbsp of sauce to one half of the rectangle
Add cheese and toppings
Fold the other half of rectangle over and press the edges together to make a pizza pocket.
We smushed them down with a fork and it make a great crust.
Bake 9-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Warning: these are muy caliente when they come out of the oven.
Let them cool before eating. Chad burnt his mouth being impatient.
Super easy, super fast, and you can make everyone their favorite personal pizza.
Enjoy!
