BIG STUFF!!

First, the baby news:
At our last appt, I got yelled at (not really but was lectured a little) because I lost a couple pounds.
In my defense they told me that I needed to NOT be eating a bunch of ice cream and such because this is the time that the baby puts on his weight. So I've been eating really healthy foods and laying off the junk food.
I've also been slightly stressed out because of the upcoming finals and a few larger projects at school.
So I've decided that ice cream is allowed again. :)
Other than that baby's doing great!! He's growing and his heart rate is great.

We also just started our labor and delivery classes.
The first class was a basic overview of everything. We saw lots of diagrams and talked about a lot of things.
We also got to see the video of a few births from beginning to end.
I've seen many of these before but this was by far the most graphic.
It brought some new fears into my head but also gave me hope that I can do this.
I really liked all the info they had for us and feel this class will be beneficial in the end.
And the sweetest part... we were asked to write out our likes, dislikes, and I'm not sures up on some paper. Chad's like "seeing my beautiful wife's belly from across the room".

Finals:
Ugg.. I am so excited to be done with school.
At least for a year until I have to start my masters program.
I have three finals this week... So far I know I got an A on my psychology final.
My geology final went fine, he's going to be slow about grading them :(
And my biology final was probably one of the easiest I've ever taken. It was only 6 short answer questions and I think I did just fine on it.
Grades don't come out until next week.

And this Sunday, besides celebrating Father's Day, I get to walk in the PSU graduation ceremony.
I chose not to participate in my high school graduation so I'm actually really looking forward to walking (waddling) my big pregnant self across that stage to get my diploma holder.
That's right, no diploma yet.
It takes up to THREE months for them to finalize everything, then I'll have my little piece of paper.

I also turned 28 this week (on the 12th). Man I feel so much older than 27... NOT. I guess the best part of this one is it's my last before becoming a mommy.
I celebrated by waking up early to take a final...
Then I got to have some fun. My mom and dad took Chad and me and my sister and her girls out to Red Robin. Austin chose not to go because he's a booger sometimes. It was delicious and I ate soooo much food. I also got sung to and got a sundae which I shared with my nieces.
Thank you all that called me, I enjoyed talking to you!

And last but not least:
I'm just about to pack to go to the beach with my family for a couple days. My mom needed a little vacation before she starts her classes for her doctorate and I needed a rest after finishing school.
Chad has to stay home to finish up his school. We'll be going back down just the two of us in a couple weeks to celebrate our anniversary early.
This is the first time I'll be leaving him, and I already miss him sooo much.
Thank goodness for skype :)

34 weeks on my 28th birthday!
